Our Bitter Sweet Chocolate Chip cookie is layered with flavors of dark rum, coffee, toasted pecans, Callebaut Belgian chocolate and vanilla. The edges are crispy and the center is chewy and gooey. It’s satisfying and addictive so govern yourself accordingly, lol.
Ingredients: butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, vanilla extract, espresso powder, rum, eggs, flour, baking soda, chopped pecans.
